Our Story
Our journey began in the fall of 2024, when a simple curiosity turned into something more. While my mom and sister were harvesting their gardens in the Interior and Okanagan, I took my first candle-making course drawn by my love of aromatherapy and a desire to try something new.
That first Christmas season became a family experiment. My mom created simmer pots and dried fruits for natural seasonal aromas. My sister, who was launching her landscaping design business, crafted bath salts, lip conditioners, and shampoo bars using herbs and flowers from her garden. I focused on candles, bringing them to local artisan markets and quickly falling in love with both the craft and the creative community I found there.
Over time, our paths evolved. My sister returned to focus on her design dreams, and my mom relocated to Penticton. Like the roots of a plant, our story grew and branched in new directions. The vision shifted, but the heart of it creating beautiful, natural products that bring comfort and joy remained.
What began as a seasonal family project has become a growing small business rooted in the love of handmade creations. Along the way, I’ve discovered the art of soap-making, expanded into other aromatic goods, and continued to show up at markets, connecting with an amazing community of makers and customers.
Today, our candles and soaps can be found on the shelves at The Storehouse in Surrey a milestone that reminds us that dreams often grow in unexpected ways.
