At Urban Temple Wellness, each order is packed with care and intention a reflection of the same calm and joy we hope our products bring into your space. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, some deliveries may experience delays. To ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible, we may use alternative couriers when needed. In rare cases, additional shipping fees may apply based on your location or carrier rates if so, we’ll always reach out before confirming your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Urban Temple Wellness, each item is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. While we strive for consistency, natural variations, especially in our soaps — are part of the charm of handmade goods. Slight differences in shape, size, or color are normal and celebrated.
Soaps are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Unlit Candles may be exchanged if you’re not fully satisfied. Exchanges can be made in store by arrangement through direct message, or by shipping the item back at the purchaser’s expense.
All other cosmetic and home items may be returned unopened within 5 business days of purchase for a full refund.
As part of our sustainability commitment, we offer a $2 vessel buy-back credit when you return your used candle jar or product container in good condition. Together, we can reduce waste and keep beautiful materials in circulation. ♻️
