Thank you for supporting our small business. We take great care in crafting our candles, soaps, and other goods, and want you to have the best experience possible.
Fragrance & Ingredients
We prioritize using pure essential oils wherever possible. At customer request, some products may include high-quality synthetic fragrance oils. We diligently disclose all ingredients; however, sensitivities and allergies can vary. We cannot guarantee that you will not experience a reaction and recommend patch-testing soaps and skincare products before regular use.
Wood Wicks
Our candles use natural wood wicks, which behave differently from cotton wicks. Wood wicks require regular trimming (to about ⅛ inch) and a bit of patience when lighting. For best results, allow the wax to melt across the full surface during the first burn.
Safety & Usage
Candles should always be burned within sight, away from flammable materials, and kept out of reach of children and pets. Trim the wick before each burn and discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.
Soaps and skincare items are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Product Variation
All our items are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal and part of the artisanal nature of our products.
Shipping & Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you. Shipping timelines may vary and we are not responsible for carrier delays

Refunds & Returns
Refunds are available within 5 days of purchase for unused, unopened products only. Due to safety and hygiene considerations SOAPS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, we cannot accept returns on used or partially used items.

Our products are intended for personal use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our products are made in home kitchens following Foodsafe protocol.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We value your privacy and keep your personal information secure. We use Square to process credit card payments; we do not store or have access to your full card details.
If you sign up for our newsletter or receive emails from us, you may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link or contacting us directly. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

How to Order

We require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice (8 for cold pressed soap) for all wholesale orders to allow time for production and curing (especially for candles and soaps).

Minimum order quantities may apply and will be provided during the ordering process.

Payment & Shipping

A deposit (typically 50%) may be required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before shipping or delivery.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Pickup or local delivery may be available in certain areas.
Lead Times

Standard wholesale orders require 4 weeks’ notice. *8 weeks for cold pressed soap.

Larger or custom orders may require additional lead time; we’ll discuss timelines during the ordering process.
